VIRGINIA SALTWATER FISHING ON THE CHESAPEAKE BAY: (June-November): Join us on a saltwater fly fishing trip for Striped Bass, Sea Trout, Redfish and more on the Chesapeake Bay! Trips may be tide dependent. Toss flies to Striped Bass hanging around dock pilings or sight cast Redfish with flies from the bow!

Prices are for one or two anglers:

Half Day / Four Hours: $50

3/4 Day / Six Hours: $650

Full Day / Eight Hours: $800

RICHMOND VIRGINIA FRESHWATER TRIPS: Want to learn the waters around Richmond, Virginia? There’s a myriad of options available for a great day on the water! From Smallmouth Bass to Chain Pickerel to Bowfin, we can plan a great fishing day for you!

We offer local wade fishing trips on the James River, Shad fishing trips in the Spring and Bass and Pickerel trips on the Chickahominy Reservoir.

Spring Shad / Striper Trips: $400 / 4 Hours $600 / 6 hours one or two anglers on boat

Beginner Wade Fishing Trips: $350 / 4 hours one angler $400 for two anglers

Warmwater Trips on Chickahominy or Mattaponi: $400 / 4 Hours $600 / 6 hours one or two anglers on boat

$100 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL FLY FISHING TRIPS.

Cancelation policy: Trips can be canceled for reschedule up to fourteen days prior to date of trip by client. In the event of foul weather, Knot the Reel World / Guide will notify client of need to reschedule. In the event a trip must be moved due to weather or client cancelation, Knot the Reel World and client will have one year to reschedule trip before return of deposit. 

All rods, reels, flies and necessary equipment provided! We also provide water and snacks for our guests.

What to bring: Polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, snacks or lunch, clothes that can get wet and potentially dirty.
